My experience covers some good ground, and my favorite positions that I’ve held over the years have helped shape the type of career I want to experience.

From my time working in corporate communications—writing for internal newsletters, creating designs in Canva, and organizing employee events—to my year spent managing a bookstore—making sales, taking orders, and leading our social media and events efforts—I’ve enjoyed embracing creativity as part of my day-to-day tasks.

What’s more, my years of floor experience in small-business retail have made me adaptable and resourceful. Small businesses and their employees are the backbone of any strong community, after all.
